Phase 1: Onboading (Discovery & Profile)

Most website projects spend weeks going back and forth filling in gaps. Ours start by closing them.

Before a single page gets designed, we build a complete profile of your business—your services, locations, hours, staff, how customers find you, and what sets you apart. It's thorough by design. The goal is to walk away from onboarding with everything we need, so the build reflects your business accurately from the start, and you can get support without needing to answer questions at every turn.

💡 Why this matters: You have third-party tools, goals, preferences, and priorities, and your business attracts an audience you know best, with problems you understand best. If your site is going to present "you" to your customers, we need to know what thoroughly makes "you" you.

Phase 2: Build (Design, Review & Refine)

With your profile complete, we build.

You'll receive demo links as the site comes together. Putting in your hands real, reviewable previews at each stage. These are not static mockups sent over email but a live site. As you review, things often get clearer. Details shift. The profile gets sharper. That's expected, and it's part of the process.

Phase 3: Launch (Go Live & Hand Off)

We launch your site. Then it's yours.

Keeping it current doesn't require a developer or a redesign every time something changes. Your business information lives in Stonewick. Update a service, add a location, or change your hours, and the site reflects it. No web page editing. No back and forth.
